Do guests need to download an app?
No downloads required. Inmoment is 100% web-based. Whether your guests use an iPhone or Android, they just scan the QR code and they’re in instantly.
What equipment do I need?
Just the basics. You only need a laptop with an internet connection and a way to connect it to your screen (usually an HDMI cable for a projector, LED wall, or TV).
What will my event's website link look like?
We create a custom, easy-to-remember URL for every event using a Name-Date format. For example, your link might look like inmoment.live/butter-bread-wedding-31dec. This makes it look professional and easy for guests to type if they aren’t using the QR code.
Can I use my own custom domain for the event?
Yes. If you want a truly high-end feel, you can register your own domain (like www.theleecelebration.com). It’s the perfect way to make your event feel unique and professional from the very first click.
Remark: Please note that additional charges apply for the purchase of a custom domain and the technical setup required to link it to your event wall.
When will my event website be ready?
It will be fully set up and ready to use at least 14 days before your event starts. This gives you plenty of time to test the link and include the QR code on your invitations or table cards.
Do I need to provide Wi-Fi for all my guests?
Not necessarily. Guests can use their own mobile data (4G/5G) to upload. However, the laptop running the big screen needs a stable internet connection.
Can I customize the screen with my own name or logo?
Yes. You can easily edit the Event Names, Website Title, Date and Welcome Text to match your celebration.
Can I show the photo wall on multiple screens?
Yes. You can open your event link on multiple laptops connected to different screens. They will all stay in sync automatically.
Can guests write in different languages like Malay or Chinese?
Yes. Our system supports all major languages. Whether it’s a “Selamat Pengantin Baru” or a “百年好合,” every blessing will look beautiful on the screen.
How fast do photos appear on the big screen?
Almost instantly. Once a guest hits “Upload,” the photo usually glides onto the screen within a few seconds.
Is there a limit to how many guests can join?
No limit. From an intimate dinner for 20 to a grand hall of 1,000, everyone can scan, snap, and share at the same time.
Does it work on older phones?
Yes. As long as the phone has a camera and a browser (like Chrome or Safari), it works perfectly.
Can I delete a photo if it’s inappropriate?
You’re in total control. Through your Admin Dashboard, you can see every upload in real-time and hide or delete anything you don’t want on the big screen with one tap.
How do I get my photos and messages afterward?
We save them all for you. Your photo wall stays active online for 3 days after the event ends. After that, we provide a full digital export of every high-quality photo and blessing for you to keep forever.
